As mentioned earlier based on the community suggestion I switched to 2d physics engine of GM:S. Of course it was a certain pain but when it started to work it was paying off as the collisions was done in the background. Surely the physics world details, the fixtures and the joints was something to learn more in details, but at the end I liked the result.
